Job Location: Tel Aviv, Israel
Job description:
* Ownership of the ERP system – provide support to employees
* Approve and execute all purchasing orders and follow up with vendors
* Fill and send new orders to vendors
* Follow up purchase order signing process
* Handle shipments to and from vendors
* Expedite purchased items according to priorities
* Support handling of vendors' invoices and verify all purchase orders receive invoices on time
* Coordinate vendor opening and approval with the finance department
* Improve purchasing efficiency
* Support operation team tasks
Desired Skills:
* Between 0 to 3 years experience in purchasing
* Familiarity with ERP systems (and specifically Priority) – advantage
* Excel basic knowledge
* Good English, both verbal and writing
* Good organizing skills
* Good communication skills
* Multitasking
* Detail-oriented
* Must be organized, professional, with a good eye for details. Must be reliable and able to carry out tasks independently and in collaboration with other team members
* A quick learner, ready to work in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment
* An analytical, problem-solving attitude
