As a QA lead you will lead the quality assurance in the domain of machine
learning, driving the future of Industrial predictive analytics. you will have
a chance to tackle some of the most demanding Big Data and IoT algorithmic
problems SKF AI is facing.
Job Responsibilities
· Overall product quality
· Lead a team of 2-5 QA engineers and automation developers
· Drive and improve the product release process
· Maintain and improve the existing test strategy
· Build and maintain a test automation framework
· Lead the development of automated tests
· Continuously work on extending the test coverage
· Collaborate with other developers and application engineers
· Hire and mentor QA engineers
Requirements & Skills
· Passion for software quality and automation
· Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
· Ability and motivation to lead a team of QA and automation engineers
· QA leadership experience – 2+ years
· Experience with test automation development – 5+ years
· Experience with agile development processes – 2+ years
· Experience with managing agile release process – 2+ years
Nice to have
· Experience with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFE)
· Working with Big-data environments
· Working with AI and algorithm-based products
