Job Description
We are looking for a QA team leader to lead the QA team to approve our
products.
As a QA team leader, you will help us ensure our software roadmap and customer
satisfaction by delivering great and top-notch products.
Your primary focus will be to lead the team to approve our desktop
application, with a focus on performance and usability.
During your day to day work, you will work and coordinate closely with all
disciplines: software developers, algorithms developers, system Eng.` and
others.
Responsibilities
* Leading and managing a team of 5 QA members
* Approve team members` reports, STP, STD, STR etc.
* E2E ownership on development quality
* Continuously improving group level and work processes – Efficiency, effectiveness, professional and method optimization improvements
* Proactive communication, influence and collaboration with other disciplines and the product
* Take the team from manual QA to the automation world.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience at Manual/ Automation QA at a multidisciplinary environment.
* 3+ years of experience as a QA team leader at a multidisciplinary environment
* Knowledge of QA methodologies and processes
* Deep knowledge in STP, STD and STRs
* Experience in Agile/scrum environment.
* Ability to define and prioritize short-term and long-term tasks for the team
* Understanding of development lifecycle
* Great people skills, leadership, and collaboration
* Experience with Linux – advantage
* Experience in Python programing and automation tools – high advantage
* Familiarity with CMake – advantage
* Leadership experience- advantage
