In This Position You Will
* Responsible for End-to-end delivery to production – From analyzing business requirements, solution design, quality execution, and deployment.
* Design and implement a strong CI/CD delivery process that is fully automated.
* Responsible for a rapid growth of the team with top talent engineers.
* Manage development in a highly dynamic environment with strong business orientation.
* Build and maintain high-performance, fault-tolerant, scalable software system.
* Innovate and take part in product definition.
Requirements
* 15+ years of R&D leadership experience
* 4+ Years’ experience in managing Team-Leaders
* 5+ years of hands-on experience
* Strong technical understanding in Software Design and Object-Oriented
* Experienced in Agile and CI/CD methodologies
* Strong architectural skills
* Firm understanding of security concepts or relevant background
* Knowledge in: Java
* People person, data-driven, proven leadership skills.
Security background is a huge advantage
