We are looking for an R&D Operations Manager, to define, and lead and shape
processes and projects for the R&D team. From improving our velocity as a
team, the way we onboard our newcomers, all the way to system reliability
processes, working methods, exploring new tools, and more.
As any Bizzaboer, and as a member in R&D you will be expected to have a strong
business and product understanding. You'll directly report to the SVP, R&D,
and work closely with all of the R&D teams, product owners, and strategic
business stakeholders to help shape and build the company's future, and, of
course, R&D.
What You Will Do
* Lead strategic projects, from discovery and prioritization to implementation
* Collaborate both within R&D and other departments to drive impact in the relevant projects
* Establish and drive adoption of programs, projects, and tasks by using tools and best-practice methodologies
* Contribute to the definition, development, tracking, and communication of effective metrics and R&D operational improvements
* Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation and organizational skills are required
Who Are We Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in technology, management, industrial engineering, or similar
* 3+ years of experience in strategic planning and managing large projects
* Ability to work independently, manage multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
* Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent interpersonal, communication, and public speaking skills
* Proven experience working in a global, cross-cultural, multi-national corporation
