At D-Fend, a Project Manager is a Project Leader!

A Project Manager is expected to drive all project related activities in R&D
and take ownership of both technical and project management aspects of the
deliveries. The PM coordinates all the R&D’s multidisciplinary activities –
HW, SW, FW, etc. and is responsible for meeting the project’s objectives,
timeline and content.

In this role you will work with the product and system engineers to define the
scope and the timeline of a challenging multidisciplinary project. You will
build and track the detailed schedule and will work with the various R&D
groups to solve and mitigate any obstacles along the way.

Job Requirements

* B.Sc in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering.
* At least 5 years of experience as an R&D Project Manager SW oriented – MUST
* Experience as an R&D Engineer with Hands-on experience in development of multidisciplinary systems.
* Strong leadership capabilities
* Good interpersonal skills and teamwork, ability to multi-task and work in a dynamic environment.
* Self-learner. Ability to lead new projects from start to finish.
* Ability to guide and support other engineers.
* Creative, innovative, willing and able to absorb and share knowledge and ideas.
* Customer-oriented.
