The Position:
We are looking for a creative and experienced Project Manager to join our R&D
department and be a dominant character at development projects’ managing and
imparting work methods.
You will be responsible for planning and leading development, and research
projects in collaboration with our R&D team leaders at Trigo and will be part
of Managing resources and prioritizing projects that will best serve the
company.
A day in the life:
* Planning and monitoring of all project phases in collaboration with the team leaders
* Defining and monitoring achievements and relevant metrics to supervise the progress
* Conducting constant monitoring of projects’ execution, milestones, and timeline
* Be part of the preliminary and ongoing risk analysis process of projects
* Perform in-depth analysis of the data to streamline and improve development processes
* Leading the retrospective and learning process in R&D
* Be part of the project prioritization process and cross-function resource planning for R&D projects
* Be part of planning and controlling the R&D roadmap
* Leading a process of assimilation and application of working methods in the R&D
* Conducting periodic reporting to management on projects status, progress and issues
You bring to the table:
* At least 5 years of technical experience in In the high-tech industry
* At least 2 years of experience as an R&D PMO
* Solid understanding of different project management methodologies, including Agile methodologies
* Background in system implementation project management via software development techniques
* Ability to understand goals and requirements and prioritize projects accordingly
* Strong analytic skills
* Experience in working with project management advanced tools, such as Jira, Monday, etc
* A Highly organized person with strong methodical thinking
* Good interpersonal skills
Nice to have:
* Experience in Cloud project management
* BA in industrial engineering or equivalent
* PMP certification
