organized R&D Senior Director to help make it happen!

Requirements
You will:
* Lead, manage and grow ChargeAfter Kyiv R&D site, as a top notch R&D center
* Assure the engineers are highly motivated and highly engaged
* Drive hiring and staffing, assure the growth of the site, the quality of engineers, and engineering brand
* Manage complex timeline and dependencies involving several departments
* Take a hands-on, agile management approach to leading internal engineering teams and site operations
* Be the focal point for the site, interact with multiple stakeholders within the company
You Have
* MSc. or BSc. in Computer Sciences from a top university
* A doer, a leader, a savvy technology manager, highly analytical, a bar raiser and a team player
* 10+ years of experience in full stack or back end development
* 5+ years of experience in agile and lean management methodologies
* Proven track record of leading technology groups, and project execution
* Understanding of the full development cycle including testing and productization
* Experience and knowledge of modern software technologies – .NET Core, React, GCP or similar
* Strong communication skills in English – speaking and writing
Nice To Have
* Previous experience as a Site Manager
* Knowledge and interest in financial markets and eCommerce
* Knowledge of micro-services and event-driven architecture
* This role is based in Kyiv, Ukraine (relocation accommodation will be provided).
