customers become more successful. In order to achieve this strategy, we are
looking for a Regional Director (South). You would play a key role in
implementing approved strategies and responsible for the P&L results,
achieving budgeted targets and executing business development programs within
the region.
Reporting to our Israeli Managing Director, this position supports the
achievement of KONE’s business objectives and contributes to the ongoing
development and business performance. You will lead your team to achieve the
strategic, operational, and financial targets. In addition, you ensure that
the region operates according to our KONE way-of-working and in a legal and
ethical manner.
Responsibilities
* You will provide direction and leadership to the region by creating and maintaining a high performing business
* Increase the overall productivity of the region by coaching your team, implementing relevant employee training, budgeting effectively, eliminating inefficiencies and capturing growth opportunities
* You will be a champion of our KONE company culture, by sharing best practices and encouraging growth and development of your team members
* Promote the overall growth through the development and retention of customer relationships
* Monitor market and customer needs and feed them to unit/ area/ global level
* Responsible for creating an environment of customer satisfaction and delight
* Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making to develop and implement a business strategy that aligns with KONE’s overall mission, vision, and long-term objectives
* Implementation of new tools and development initiatives
* Oversee and implement budgets, plans, policies, and programs that will effectively enable the business objectives set by the Management team
* Ensuring the region is in full compliance with KONE business policies, processes, and methods
* Active participation in the management, communicating the needs of the region and implementing the decisions made in the regional management meetings
* Maintaining a strong positive connection with key stakeholders
Requirements
* University degree in Economics, Business, or related field
* Minimum experience of 8 years in different business functions with leadership responsibility
* Strong business acumen, analytical and creative thinking
* Demonstrated experience in successfully working with cross-functional teams and matrix management
* Experience in developing and executing successful business strategies and plans
* Proven abilities to achieve tangible business results and to develop the operations
* Proven experience of driving change
* Track record in building good customer relationships
* Excellent English communication skills
