being highly accessible to employees for guidance and consultation and
consulting andsupporting field HR, managers, and employees with sensitive
Employee Relations issues and HR-related issues.
What will your job look like?
The position is in Ra'anana
* Lead and guide people managers and employees on different HR topics.
* Consult, advise and support divisional HR, managers, and employees in sensitive cases of employee relations.
* Provide advice to questions, problems, and dilemmas.
* Collaborate and consolidate with different interfaces within the region, to support cross cases/processes andlead to their solution/conclusion.
* Develop and design solutions to complicated and sensitive employee relations cases.
* Design and develop HR policies, processes & solutions in the Employee Relations domain while ensuring thatthe various business & HR stakeholders are aware of and understand various legal obligations as per theapplicable labor laws.
All you need is…
* 3-5 years of experience with HR roles
* Bachelor’s degree in Social science or Behavioral science
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Coaching skills/certification – an advantage
* Labor law familiarity – an advantage
* Master’s degree in Human Resources – an advantage
