We are looking for a full time with a passion for customers, data analysis and
the maritime world to be part of our Business unit. In this role, you will be
familiar with every customer and support the business unit in their operations
and services. This candidate should have an interest in understanding what's
shaping geo-politics, shipping trends, compliance policy and trafficking.
What will you do?
* Create analyses on macro trends as well as specific incidents in the maritime world based on the interests of current and potential clients.
* Perform ad-hoc research on emerging trends in the shipping and maritime world including in the government and commercial sectors.
* Maintaining an updated understanding of different arenas and distributing this information internally.
* Closely follow news and data on maritime security events and distribute analysis internally and externally.
* Learn the challenges of Windward prospects, analyze patterns and queries results and create content.
* Recommend process improvements where applicable.
* Maintenance and update our knowledge center and training materials.
* Work closely with the BU and Product team.
Who are you?
* Strong understanding of international relations
* Naval / Intelligence / International Relations background – a must.
* Fluent English (both written and verbal).
* Fast learner, independent and detail-oriented.
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excel or PowerPoint proficiency – a must
* Highly structured with the ability to multitask under deadlines.
