We are looking for a Sales Growth Analyst.

What does the day to day of a Sales Growth Analyst at Similarweb look like:

* Own and lead end to end cross company optimization initiatives related to the performance of New Business revenue motion and its KPIs (e.g. Outbound motions, Pipeline Management)
* Set, measure and track funnel targets and Provide accurate real-time revenue forecasting based on performance and predictions;
* Build and enforce optimal workflows, infrastructure and dashboards for teams;
* Conduct periodic analyses of quantitative and qualitative data, to identify areas of focus, problems and leaks in our funnel;
* Proactively identify solutions, makes suggestions and independently takes decisions to optimize revenue funnel;
* Lead weekly meetings with Sales Directors, AEs and SDRs to implement recommendations, monitor impact, and assess next steps;
* Work with senior leadership and cross organization leadership to Advise about trends, risks and opportunities, and enable data-driven decision making.

What will I bring to the team?

* 3 year of experience in analytical and/or consulting roles
* Strong analytical skills – Must
* Ability to extract insights from big sets of data – Must
* Excel, SQL, Tableau & Salesforce proficiency
* Exceptional attention to details
* Strong ability to launch and lead complex initiatives
* Strong ability to work both independently and as part of a team
* Experience working in SaaS companies – advantage
* Experience in Project Management
* Strong presentation Skills
