The Sales Operations Manager is responsible for developing and overseeing a
smooth, effective sales process to enable continued fast growth of Perception
Point. The role involves optimizing and managing the company’s digital CRM
system to ensure there is clear and effective communication between the sales,
marketing, product, finance teams and clients as well as data tracking and
analysis to provide stakeholders with recommendations and insights to improve
performance.

Responsibilities:
* Development, implementation, and administration of Salesforce.com and other integrated tools such as Sales Navigator and others
* Develop key metrics and reporting to be communicated across the sales org and leadership that provide insights into sales performance and operational efficiency
* Support weekly, monthly & quarterly pipeline reporting and forecasting for the sales organization, identifying significant changes and trends
* Support sales managers and leaders in dividing and allocating accounts
* Work cross-departmentally and across geographies with Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Finance to improve and customize workflows, optimize efficiency, and help best utilize the tools in our stack
* Engage with sales reps and sales leadership to get ongoing feedback on the sales process and structure and drive improvements
* Work closely with the Finance team to provide accurate analysis and sales forecasting used for company financial planning
* Source, implement, and manage technologies used by the sales team and evaluate the effectiveness of the technologies
* Manage and prioritize ongoing Sales Operations requests, projects, and priorities
* Manage documentation on sales processes, policies, sales training materials, and assist with on-boarding new sales talent
* Become an expert in sales pipeline data, develop tactical & operational tools for sales reps that drive impact on productivity and sales
Qualifications
* 1+ years of experience in Sales Operations in a B2B SaaS company, with a demonstrated history of improving sales productivity
* Experience with Salesforce.com administration, with a strong understanding of Salesforce principles and best practices
* Strong business acumen and understanding, with proven ability to develop and track sales reporting and metrics that align with business objectives
* Ability to analyze sets of data and present it in an easy and digestible manner
* Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize and communicate
* Operate well in a fast paced, dynamic high growth environment
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Excellent project management skills with an understanding of how systems work and how to improve them
