The Web Foundations team is a new team we are building that will be
responsible for building tools and frameworks that will be used by front end
developers in the company.
Bizzabo is the only event success platform for in-person, virtual, and hybrid
events. Bizzabo’s all-in-one event software helps companies measure, manage,
and scale events towards key business outcomes—empowering every organizer,
marketer, exhibitor, and attendee to unleash the power of professional events.
Bizzabo powers events for brands like Forbes, HubSpot’s INBOUND, Dow Jones,
Gainsight, Uber, Bank of Ireland, and Electronic Arts. The company was founded
by Boaz Katz, Alon Alroy, and Eran Ben-Shushan, and has more than 100
employees in its New York and Tel-Aviv offices.
What You’ll Be Doing
REQUIREMENTS
* Design and implement internal tools and frameworks like: design systems, micro frontend framework, feature toggle mechanism, performance analytics, automatic accessibility reviews, animations and micro-interactions framework
* Build examples and documentation for the tools we are building
* Educate the developers about the tools
* Collaborate with different stakeholders in the company (developers, designers, product managers, engineering managers) to help them make the most out of the tools
What You Have
* 7+ years of development experience
* 3-4 years of experience with React
* Passion for building internal developer tools
* Experience with cross team collaboration
What Would Be a Bonus
* Experience with educating and mentoring other developers
* Passionate about learning new technologies and improving your skills
* You have your own technical blog
* Contributing to an open-source
* Experience with TDD or a testing culture
* Computer science degree from a leading institute
