The Position:

We are looking for an experience HR Business Partner to join our growing
people team and become an impactful partner for our company’s growth and
success. You will partner closely with our business leaders, and support
employees throughout the organization.

A day in the life:

* Partner with our employees and managers to deliver and implement HR programs and policies aligned with business strategy and priorities
* Assist with challenges of a hyper-growth organization and its need to scale
* Hold a strategic and tactical HR perspective to support programs, implementation of management processes, and organization development
* Provide HR guidance and consultation for Team Leaders and Directors, and be their trusted partner
* Proactively identify organizational needs and offer HR solutions
* Encourage cross-functional cooperation amongst team members and different teams
* Handle employee relation issues and support career management and internal mobility

You bring to the table:

* Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or equivalent field
* At least 5 years of HRBP experience preferably in a fast pace hi-tech company
* Ability to develop strong relationships and influence a wide range of stakeholders within the organization
* A true hands-on approach to ensure a high level of employee engagement
* Proactive, data-driven, initiator, independent, able to multitask and prioritize
* Experience in providing consultative business partnering in core HR functions such as organizational development, employee relations, talent management, total rewards etc.
* Experience with implementing organizational processes such as performance management, career management, knowledge buildup
* Excellent problem-solving and detail-oriented
* Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to remain flexible and agile in an ever-changing environment
