About the Role. . .
We are looking for a Senior MongoDB DBA to be a part of our R&D organization.
In your role, you will design, develop and maintain SON MongoDB in real time
environments. Specifically, you’ll be on a team developing our platform-as-a-
service and will manage our production environments.
* BA Degree in computer science – or equivalent experience
* At least 5 years of experience working in MongoDB database administration tasks including: installation, configuration, upgrades, migration , sharding, replication, backup recover and restore.
* Experience in creating and maintaining MongoDB production scale clusters.
* Experienced in Performance Tuning, Query Optimization, Client/Server Connectivity, import/export and Database Consistency.
* Demonstrated understanding of the MongoDB query and command functionality, e.g. CRUD operations, Aggregation framework, etc.
* Strong working experience in Linux Environment and debugging tools.
* Flexibility, ability to work in a multi-tasked and dynamic environment.
* Self-learner and independent.
