Job Description:
Leadspace is looking for a talented Senior Product Designer to join us. Our
design team is small but growing, you will be taking a significant role in
defining and designing the next generation of our B2B SaaS products suite.
As a product designer, you will create end-to-end user-centered experiences
from early brainstorming, prototypes to pixel perfect UI. Our company
encourages curiosity, taking initiative, and exceptional teamwork.
What You Will Do:
* Conduct a full design cycle. You’ll be responsible for user research, creating wireframes, initial sketches, prototypes, and perfectly executed design.
* Collaborate with other designers, product managers and engineers to bring simplified experiences to life.
* Help shape and drive the vision and strategy of our product’s design.
* Conduct user research and usability testing to take data driven design decisions.
* Comply and contribute to an evolving design system.

Required Qualifications:
* 4+ years of UX design experience
* Solid experience in graphic design – a must
* Ability to simplify complex ideas and processes
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Team player, with a high level of integrity
* Fast learner, Independent, resourceful, detail oriented
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
* Experience in motion and interaction design- Advantage
* Experience creating prototypes – Advantage
* Experience developing design systems – Advantage
