All about the role –
We are looking for a Senior QA to join our QA department. To succeed in this
role, you should have strong and solid professional knowledge and experience
in manual testing (automation is a plus, but not a must) and best practices.
If you have that and have excellent communication skills (in English) and are
passionate about quality, we would like to meet you.
In this role, you will also have the opportunity to:
* Review and analyse system specifications
* Design effective test strategies and plans
* Work as part of a squad
* Write and execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results
* Evaluate product features according to specifications
* Create logs to document testing phases and defects
* Report bugs and errors to development teams
* Help troubleshoot issues
* Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
Can you deliver…
* Proven experience as a QA for at least 3 years
* Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments, using Scrum ceremonies
* Experience in (Super!) frequent release environments and in complex systems that are made up of interconnected products.
* Experience writing test strategies and testing software in a complex domain.
* Experience testing web and mobile applications. Including Performance testing.
* Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
* Working knowledge of test management software (e.g. qTest, Zephyr)
* Comfortable control of Jira and fluency in gitlab or similar codebase software for understanding commits etc.
* Fluent in English and Excellent communication skills
* Analytical mind and problem-solving aptitude
* Strong organisational skills
