The SEO team leader will develop and implement SEO strategies and tactics to
drive organic growth in the global markets for the core Fiverr marketplace.
The SEO team leader will manage and lead SEO specialists and must be a
creative problem solver, comfortable operating in a fast environment with
abilities to collaborate with and influence product, engineering, and creative
teams with many cross-functional partners.
Responsibilities
* Manage the core SEO Team specialists and develop their strategies and tactics to improve organic search performance & business metrics.
* Work with product, development and marketing teams to ensure correct implementation of SEO recommendations and best practices.
* Act as a leader, role-model and mentor for the SEO team.
* Stay abreast of new technologies and strategies in SEO, implement best-practices and deepen the SEO team and Growth department knowledge.
* Measure and communicate the impact of each initiative with the relevant stakeholders.
* Reporting to Director of Marketing Technology & SEO
Requirements
* 5+ years SEO lead experience with an international e-commerce/online company.
* Up-to-date on all the latest best practices, major algorithm updates, & SEO trends.
* An analytical marketer who is comfortable leveraging large data sets to identify insights and to drive strategy.
* Experience with the web development process.
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS and JS as they relate to SEO.
* A proven team leader with excellent written and oral communication skills.
