at a high pace, we see major growth opportunity for the company as well as for
our people in expanding our Services business. In Lenovo, Services around the
PC have ever been a strong revenue and profit contributor. Now we aspire to
take this business to the next level both by driving our existing, support
offerings but also by expanding our footprint in Managed Services and Vertical
Solutions. Having these priorities in mind we are looking for exceptional
candidates for the role of a Services Sales Executive.
As Services Sales Executive you will be responsible for driving Services
connected to our IDG (client) business :
• Drives territory and account planning with the hardware sales teams deriving
strategies to increase the services penetration
• Qualifies, Develops and closes services opportunities together with the
extended Lenovo teams or on their own
• Focuses on larger deals for both close to the box as well as professional
services solutions
• Establishes a professional working relationship (up to the executive level)
with clients and develops a core understanding of the unique business needs
• Maps Lenovo’s offerings to the customer’s requirements and business needs,
combining single elements into end-to-end solutions, maximizing value for the
customer
• Engages with channel partners effectively to improve Services Pen rate rates
across customers from different segments
• Coordinates activities that support services growth in all Lenovo business
units (Commercial and Consumer) through cooperation with the relevant local
and EMEA functions
The role reports into the EMEA Sales Leader for Services into Enterprise,
Public Sector and Global accounts but cooperates very closely with the local
sales teams.
– 5+ years of experience of selling client related services
– Effective territory/account management: planning, opportunity qualification
and creation, stakeholder and executive communication, needs analysis, value
engineering, services/partner engagement, opportunity management, pipeline
management
– Experience and expertise selling to senior level business decision makers
up to C-Level contacts;
– The position requires the ability to articulate and present the business
value of Lenovo's Services solutions and have a firm understanding of industry
strategies and products;
– Experience leading large deals especially also complex services solutions;
– Knowledge of market landscape, competitive and channel partners´ solutions
and capabilities
– Understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to leverage partner
solutions to solve customer needs.
– Fluent English is a requirement
