studios like Epic, is looking for a Low Touch Account Manager to join our SMB
team.
As a Low Touch Account Manager at Incredibuild, you'll use your skills to
ensure the ongoing success and development of your portfolio.
You will proactively engage each account to identify risks, uncover
opportunities, and ensure that every customer in your portfolio is gaining
value from Incredibuild. If you’re tech-savvy and passionate about customer
relationships, know how to work with a large portfolio of SMB accounts, and
make the best out of them, then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
What You'll Do:
* Own and manage high volume SMB customer portfolios.
* Own both renewal and expansion for clients while Identifying opportunities for growth.
* Onboard new clients and track adoption progress.
* Develop existing customers by identifying engagement opportunities.
* Manage the renewal process and secure customer retention.
* Initiate and conduct discussions with clients around value realization from products.
* Keep track of key account customer success metrics.
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to meet department objectives.
What You'll Need:
* 2 years of proven track record with SMB segment customer retention or other relevant customer facing experience – Must
* Experience working with USA and Europe Market – Must
* Proficient in English; reading, writing, and conversation – Must
* Experience with using Salesforce or similar – Must
* Available to work Monday to Friday
* Experienced working in technical software solutions companies – Advantage
* Passionate about working with customers and software solutions
* Organized and process-oriented person
* Self-sufficient and proactiveness
