The social impact team is looking for a Social Impact Product Analyst who is
passionate about data and has a strong analytical background. You will drive
key data-driven processes and decisions, aimed at finding new and existing
opportunities for our audience – nonprofits. You will join our Social Impact
Team based in our headquarters in Tel aviv, Israel and be a part of our
amazing mission – help nonprofits get the best value out of our products.
About The Role
* Conceptualize, create, and maintain dashboards for tracking key metrics and experiments
* Design and draft regular reports of progress towards company goals to product groups and stakeholders
* Refine and improve definition of metrics as the company’s challenges and data evolve
* Collaborate with data engineers to better log data and manage the accessibility of data tables
* Carry out ad hoc descriptive analysis according to the team needs
* Strategize on making analyses easily repeatable and generalizable by other team members in the future
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in a similar data analyst role
* Proficiency level of SQL – must
* You are a great storyteller and communicator and can build fruitful relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
* You have a deep understanding of numbers, as well as a strong business sense. You know when to use a single number and when to build a complex forecasting model
* You are capable of tackling ambiguous problems and challenges
* You have a passion for making sense of user behaviour, using any available methods and a dedicated advocate of a user-centered approach in product development
* You are a curious, independent and rigorous individual
* You have the technical skills to perform advanced analytics with large datasets with technologies such as Python, Pandas, R, SQL
* Experience withing the Adtech industry-Advantage
* Experience as a growth analyst- Advantage
