Requirements
We are looking for a hands-on software architect to join our innovative and
exciting R&D team!
Responsibilities
* Contribute and lead to the organization's Cloud Secured solutions architecture throughout the project lifecycle (Business Development, Design, Development, Ongoing operations). Ensure security solution meets business and technical needs
* Acting as the technical leader and subject matter expert: Mentoring fellow engineers, employing technical expertise in driving decisions.
* In-depth understanding of various technology trends and the ability to present their potential impact
* Keep updated with emerging security threats and alerts. Conduct research on emerging products, services, protocols, and standards in support of security enhancement and development efforts
* Contributing in the design, code, and debugging software components in complex areas
* Coding areas and refactoring complex features
* Work with clients and internal sales to help answer RFPs
* Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into a solution design
* Develop POCs and components in the systems
Qualifications
* BSc/MSc degree in computer science or related fields
* 4+ years experience as a software architect
* Hands-on experience
* 2-3 years of proven experience in defining security requirements, designing security architectures and security project implementation
* Experience in cloud platforms and solutions (AWS, GCP, Oracle cloud a plus)
* Knowledge of compliances (SOC, GDPR.) and IS standards (ISO 27001, ISO 2700X, OWASP, NIST, FedRAMP, etc.)
* Understanding of CI/CD processes and other DevOps procedures
* Experience in Kubernetes is a big plus.
* Knowledge and working experience in at least one programming language
* Working experience with one or more of the following technologies: Kafka, Memcached, CouchBase, MongoDB, ElasticSearch, Redis
* Significant SaaS experience is a must
* Must demonstrate good judgment and pragmatic approach to delivering software that optimizes architecture activities across company needs, business constraints, and technological realities
