The Constraint Solvers & Randomization group at Cadence is looking for a
junior R&D manager to lead our Debug technology.
You will work with an experienced and diverse team in an agile, fast pace
environment, addressing challenging problems and developing cutting edge
solutions used by thousands of our customers worldwide.
The role includes:
* Team leadership of 3-5 people, locally and around the globe
* Invent, Design and Develop customer facing solutions and tools
* Lead collaborative projects with customers and other groups
* Work in Linux/C++ environment
Requirements:
* Bachelors or Masters in CS, EE, or a related field and 5+ years of relevant experience
* At least one year of managerial experience
* Expertise in C++ development and Object-Oriented Design principles
* Good communication skills and proven collaboration capabilities
* Excellent English
