Our Product Management team guides the future of our leading Video Based Fleet
Management products. The role rewards individuals with the ability to break
down impactful product data into steps that drive rapid and innovative product
development!
You Get To
* Engage target customers and field teams to develop a deep understanding of customer goals and challenges. Identify market opportunities and build a product strategy/road-map aligned with Lytx company objectives and product vision.
* Serve as product owner for engineering/scrum teams. Define what product success means and measure the results.
* Efficiently collaborate with engineering and UX/UI to define, design, craft and adapt features while balancing the business and customer needs with technical/operational priorities and plan release dates.
* Drive launch readiness with engineering, product marketing, support, sales, finance and legal. Communicate product release plans, benefits and results to internal partners and collaborate with Product Marketing to produce sales education materials/ product messaging & Support documentation.
* Be the subject matter authority for your product.
* Perform other duties as assigned
What you need:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on cloud technologies
* Knowledge of SaaS business model and solutions, CI/CD processes.
* Experience working in an Agile/SCRUM development environment and familiar with tools like JIRA, Confluence.
* Strong ability to analyze, interpret and present data.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and able to present to and distill feedback from technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proven record of balancing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Highly collaborative, possess product leadership and work efficiently across all departments.
* Should be able to travel up to 25% post-COVID
