selection of fresh, delicious meals and grocery essentials, and go. Our
checkout-free shopping experience is made possible by our Just Walk Out
Technology. It automatically detects when products are taken from or returned
to the shelves and keeps track of them in a virtual cart. When you’re done
shopping, you just leave the store. Shortly after, we’ll charge your Amazon

Basic Qualifications
* BSc in Computer Science or related technical field.
* 7+ years industry experience building successful production software systems
* Experience with object-oriented design, data structures, problem-solving through algorithms and complexity analysis
* Designing and developing applications in Java, Python or similar programming languages
* Proven success leading the development of major features or systems
* Able to lead architecture, tech strategy for the team
* Able to collaborate with internal & external teams on high-level design, architecture issues
* Help business stakeholders and leadership in defining the tech strategy
* Identify the tech initiatives that needs to be done to meet scale, reduced operational load and simplifying the business initiative
Preferred Qualifications
* Hands on experience with AWS (EC2, IAM, S3, DDB, etc.).
* Knowledge of software engineering best practices for full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, continuous deployments, testing
