We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join our growing
recruiting team.
You will support our recruiting team and will bring massive value to all
hiring funnels.
In this role, you'll work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to
facilitate the hiring process, source new candidates, and ensure all
candidates have an excellent experience.
Responsibilities
* Maintain our CV center: Screen resumes, manage our database and reports.
* Take ownership of the administration recruitment process.
* Send notifications to candidates and publish jobs on social media.
* Engage passive candidates using different channels and tools.
* Maintain daily interaction with candidates & recruiters to ensure a smooth process.
Requirements
* Passion for recruitment
* BSc in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
* Proactive approach, initiative and patience while working under pressure
* High ability to self-manage
