innovation in the fields of Trust, Data, and Deep Insights.
You will be joining the local Talent Acquisition team as a Talent Acquisition
Coordinator.

In this role:
* You will coordinate complex schedules for multi-stage interviews while maintaining the highest service level for candidates and our employees
* You will issue salary offers and validate legal compliance
* You will work with data tools to provide insights on hiring metrics
* You will maintain our recruitment infrastructures, such as the onboarding process and talent training for employees and managers
* You will be a lead contributor to the production of recruitment events at universities and onsite candidate ‘open days’, including the management of suppliers and payments
* You will support recruiters in locating relevant candidates and job postings
What it takes to succeed:
* 2+ years of Administration or Operations experience
* Full professional proficiency in English
* Full-time commitment, sometimes adapted to time zone differences
* Dedication and passion for achieving goals
* Capability and desire for collaborative teamwork
* An academic degree
