RESPONSIBILITIES
Partner with key stakeholders to materialize talent requirements & answer
A-to-Z hiring challenges in our northern site – Haifa.
Lead strategic hiring events in the Haifa high-tech & academic ecosystems.
Leverage multiple sources to help us identify exceptional active and passive
talent.
Nurture talent through our hiring processes ensuring the highest standards of
candidate experience as well as striving for a competitive time to offer
period.
Provide hiring analytics and insights to stakeholders to underpin accurate
changes that will continuously improve our hiring processes.
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years experience recruiting vacancies as part of an internal talent
acquisition team in a scaling organisation. Experience recruiting across
multiple professions with a tech emphasis is preferred.
Deep knowledge of advanced sourcing techniques.
Exposure to various recruiting tools and systems with the ability to
familiarise yourself with new platforms at ease.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Analytical and results oriented.
Entrepreneurial spirit.
