Talent Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Manger for our TLV site to play an
essential role in fueling Amobee’s growth strategy by attracting and
identifying extraordinary talent. You will be responsible for being the key
partner to various high profile teams; identifying and attracting talent for
Amobee’s current and future needs. You will develop and execute staffing
programs to increase our visibility within the competitive ad tech-Market and
attract high-caliber talent. You have a proven ability to consistently and
positively contribute to individual and organizational goals, while working in
a fast paced and fluid work environment. You know the importance of
prioritizing, managing time and multiple tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities

* Drive & Lead the full-cycle recruitment process while recruiting top talent for a variety of positions at Amobee
* Consistently meet company performance metrics to drive towards hiring goals
* Build and execute innovative sourcing strategies that to provide a qualified and diverse candidate pool
* Consult with the business regularly; to build relationships and ensure the hiring manager’s alignment of candidate profiles
* Organize and regularly document recruitment activity in our ATS (including reports/analyzed recruitment statistic & create action plan), ensuring accuracy and compliance
* Ensure hiring teams are prepared for interviews and executing a positive candidate experience
* Partner and collaborate with Talent Acquisition and greater HR team on various talent initiatives & projects
* Drive implementation of new recruitment processes/tools among the Israeli site, Drive implementation of interview skills among HM.
* Involvement with HR domains: onboarding processes, conversations with new employees and employer branding

Required Qualifications

* 4+ years proven full-cycle recruiting and consulting experience in a high performing organization; supporting various teams of technical and non-technical positions within the organization
* Proven success in talent identification, recruitment, and implementing staffing programs intended to build and sustain a pipeline of successful talent in a fast-paced environment with aggressive timeframes
* Proven experience in attracting top talents vie various recruiting channels
* Successfully worked with various levels in an organization and the ability to create partnership and engagement with the hiring team.
* Demonstrated ability to screen candidates to determine skills and qualifications that match open positions
* Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize and work well in an environment with competing demands
* Self-directed, detail-oriented and out of the box thinker with problem solving capabilities and a burning desire to contribute to the organization’s reputation and success
* Exceptional customer service skills and desire to go above and beyond in providing a valuable experience to all internal and external customers

Preferred Qualifications

* In-house recruitment and external search firm experience desired
* Behavioral interview skills & knowledge
* Core competencies: Business Acumen, Negotiating, Creativity, Command Skills, Political Savvy, Strategic Agility, Behavioral interview skills & knowledge
