to join our amazing and dynamic HR team. In this role, you will have a direct
impact on our company's DNA and enable our growth by hiring excellent people.
What You Will Be Dealing With?
* Play a major role in achieving the company’s growth goals
* Advise and partner closely with hiring managers
* Be responsible for assessment processes, including conducting face to face interviews
* Own your data, and use it to build your strategy
* Develop innovative and engaging candidate sourcing strategies to recruit the best talent
* Manage the full recruitment process for multiple roles, from interviews to the feedback stage
* Create a unique and memorable experience for candidates
What are we looking for:
* 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for technology positions.
* Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills.
* People person, team player, and strong can-do mentality.
* Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
* Proactive and independent with an ownership mindset.
* High level of English
