Talent Acquisition Partner

Introduction

IBM Talent Acquisition team is responsible for the end-to-end recruiting
experience, strategy, and execution. The Talent Acquisition Partner is the
main point of contact for our candidates and hiring managers across the full
recruiting lifecycle, leveraging innovative approaches to attraction,
sourcing, selection, interviewing, offering, and closing.

Also, the Talent Acquisition Partner works closely with the business to
establish and maintain relationships as trusted advisor, providing domain
subject matter expertise. He/She also consult with the business to deliver
outcomes by leveraging data analytics and market intelligence to attract
diverse, qualified, top talent.

Your Role and Responsibilities

* Manage full-cycle hiring processes from initiating searches through onboarding.
* Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities, to fill hiring demand promptly, while ensuring signature candidate experience.
* Drive and execute sourcing strategies to create talent pipelines
* Define and execute diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce representing the Israeli society.
* Build and leverage external relationships with technical/diversity/professional associations, to develop future talent pipelines.
* Understand candidate career goals, design compensation recommendations, and consult to clients on how to successfully hire candidates.
* Conduct in-depth frontal HR interviews
* Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

* At least 3 years of hands-on, end to end experience in recruiting technical and business side positions in hi-tech companies.
* At least 2 years of experience in conducting frontal interviews and writing evaluations.
* Excellent sourcing skills and proven experience in direct sourcing using social platforms.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English.
* Creative, flexible, resourceful problem solver, proactive and self-driven.
* Demonstrated success in collaboration, partnerships, and influencing at all levels, across functions.
* Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, or Master’s degree – an advantage.

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

* Knowledge and background in technical software related terminology.
* Experience working in a global matrix environment.
