Ther Role
We are seeking a proactive, creative, and top talent recruiter to join our
growing HR team. In this position, you’ll help to build a strong pipeline of
talented candidates via various platforms including direct candidate outreach,
your deep market knowledge, and your ability to connect with candidates. You
will be responsible for sourcing and attracting outstanding candidates to
various positions to work at Semperis offices in the Ramat Gan Stock Market.
In this role, together with other Talent Acquisition Recruiters, you will be
expected to source and attract potential candidates worldwide, responsible for
the growth and the pipeline of candidates within the headcount forecast. You
will manage full candidates recruiting cycle, from identification and
attraction, providing an excellent candidate experience, and ultimately
securing exceptional talent. You will partner with assigned Hiring Managers,
HR Director, and VP HR to provide support and guidance.
* You will be a part of the Israel HR team and join our mission in glorifying the entire Semperis team.
Your day-to-day
* Full life-cycle sourcing and position hiring for our IL and EU team.
* Sourcing and attracting high-quality candidates through the development and implementation of innovative recruitment sourcing programs and strategies.
* A great ambassador and effective advocate of the Semperis team
* Partner with hiring managers in managing arecruitment flow.
* Partner with HR colleagues and stakeholders on HR programs and hiring initiatives.
Requirements
* At least 2 years of experience in sourcing and attraction methods, targeting talented engineers, preferably in Cyber Security companies
* At least 2 Years of experience in managing recruitment processes. Your experience may be from an agency or as an in-house recruiter for engineering industries.
* Collaborative, customer-focused, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced result-oriented environment.
* Proven track record of delivering recruitment assignments to tight timescales.
* Uncompromising desire to create an outstanding candidate experience.
* High English level
