What will you be doing?
* Manage the end to end hiring processes
* Understand the company’s needs and execute based on them alongside hiring managers
* Plan and initiate recruitment workflow including – CV screen, screening calls + company pitch, assessments etc
* Push forward new recruitment strategies to meet the continuously changing market
* Find and approach relevant candidates and be responsible for their ongoing candidate experience
* Analyze recruitment data and visualize it to managers
What You Need To Have
* 2 years of experience as a technical Talent Acquisition Specialist
* A team player with a strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
* Excellent analytical skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
* Proven experience in sourcing strategies
* B.A in Social Science/Behavioural Science or equivalent – advantage
* Previous experience with Comeet – Advantage
