What will you do
* Manage hiring processes
* Represent the company brand, be an ambassador for our culture and mission as the first point of contact for candidates
* Work closely with hiring managers to ensure a fast and efficient recruiting process
* Develop new sources for candidate recruiting
* Source for top-notch talented candidates creates a pipeline for our various positions
* Serve as a point of contact and build strong relationships with candidates during the hiring process
* Meet recruitment KPI’s to ensure company growth
Requirements
* Bachelor degree with a proven distinction record is a must
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hebrew and English
* High energy, highly motivated, and self-driven in fast-paced, dynamic environment
* People person and team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Energetic and proactive approach
* BA in a quantitative field, 700+ Psychometric grade – an advantage
* Experience as a Technical Recruiter – an advantage
