We’re looking for a passionate, motivated and creative Sourcer and Talent
Acquisition Specialist to join our awesome team in Tel Aviv. We’re looking for
someone who is excited about sourcing potential talent, someone who believes
in a professional and swift hiring process, and also focuses on the
individualism of each candidate. The technical recruiter will work closely
with the hiring team to make the candidate’s experience as enjoyable as
possible throughout the whole process.
You will:
* Source potential candidates through different online channels
* Prescreen applicants
* Plan interviews and conduct talent assessments
* Strategize different ways to build talent pipelines and conduct tactical research, referral generation, events, and sourcing campaigns
* Build positive relationships with candidates, understand their requirements, and maintain quality communication throughout the entire hiring process
* Support interview teams in the hiring decision process
* Report back to the hiring manager on the recruitment status
* Optimize the hiring process and internal workflows; help us create a scalable process that ensures alignment with an outstanding candidate experience
* Leverage our ATS (Greenhouse) to ensure effective and efficient metrics-driven recruiting processes
* Create ways to enhance and maintain our employer brand
