Reporting into the Head of Talent, we are looking for a highly motivated, hard
working, and curious Recruiter to join our growing team remotely. Our goal is
to create a legendary experience for candidates and hiring managers, and you
will be integral in shaping and executing on the hiring process for our
technical teams (backend & frontend development, BI, analysts, product, and
data teams) and non-technical teams in Israel and throughout the EU. You’ll
work closely with our hiring managers on full-cycle recruiting from role
design to onboarding, hiring for roles in Tel Aviv, Europe, and the UK!
Responsibilities
* Be a true recruiting partner to our hiring managers – technical and non-technical – for roles throughout Israel and the EU
* Manage the full cycle of recruiting – putting together job descriptions, facilitating role kick-offs, sourcing, interviewing, scheduling, making offers and kicking off onboarding
* Ensuring a top notch candidate experience – focusing on candidate communications and expectation setting.
* Partner with the marketing and larger People team to dive into global employer branding
Requirements
* 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
* Startup or high-growth company experience – recruiting for cutting-edge technologies
* Strong customer service approach with excellent communication skills
* Experience building a network of active and passive candidates
* Ability to manage multiple roles and/or tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Resourcefulness in finding information and learning new technologies
* Experience working with ATS systems a plus (we use Comeet!)
