What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a Recruiter to join the HR team and support on all aspects
of recruitment across the business, with a focus hiring Developers for our
Technology team. Reporting directly into the HR Manager, you will work closely
with our existing UK-based Internal Recruiters and HR Assistant to ensure the
recruitment process runs as efficiently as possible in Tel Aviv.
Responsibilities will include

* Using LinkedIn recruiter to directly source candidates
* Managing relationships with recruitment agencies in Tel Aviv to maintain a healthy pipeline of candidates
* Managing the full recruitment cycle for multiple technical roles, including screening CV’s and conducting phone screens
* Scheduling of first and second round interviews with hiring managers
* Posting jobs to relevant job boards
* Working with our internal recruiters to ensure the correct process is followed when hiring for new roles
* Supporting hiring managers with the creation and maintenance of job specs for open roles
* Creating reports of current pipeline and recruitment activity to share with hiring managers and the wider HR team
* Maintaining and managing all candidate data in the company’s ATS, Workable

Requirements

What you need

* 2+ years of recruiting for technical roles
* Familiarity with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems, experience with Workable would be an advantage
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong decision-making skills
* Experience in start-up environment a plus
