We are looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR
team and support Arpeely's ongoing growth.

What You'll Do:
* Manage hiring processes from the initial stage of profile definition through sourcing, screening CVs, conducting phone and in-person interviews, reference checks and analytics.
* Improve recruitment channels by using innovative souring techniques.
* Collaborate with hiring managers in order to build and facilitate the best hiring processes.
* Build strong relationships with candidates and ensure an excellent experience throughout the recruitment process
Who we are looking for:
* 2-3 years of experience in recruiting for technology positions (at least 1 year in a high-tech company).
* Proven experience with sourcing methods and skills.
* Willingness to take part in other HR Admin & Wellness tasks.
* People person, team player, and strong can-do mentality.
* Versatile and flexible, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic working environment.
* Proactive and independent with an ownership mindset.
* High level of English
