You Are
A business-oriented and data driven recruitment professional with 2+ years of
experience. You’re passionate about sourcing and recruitment and you know how
to handle high-scale recruitment efforts in the tech sector.
You’re self-driven, you own projects from beginning to end and you have a
sense of urgency. You’re not afraid of tight deadlines and you work well with
others. You care for people, and know the value of a great candidate
experience.
As a Talent Center Expert, You Will
* Review applicant CVs and identify talents
* Coordinate the full-cycle recruitment process for multiple roles and ensure its smooth and efficient for candidates
* Create a unique, memorable experience for candidates, while being an ambassador for our culture and mission
* Develop innovative and engaging candidate sourcing strategies to recruit the best talent
* Collaborate with our Business Partners and hiring managers to develop creative, practical strategies to find the best candidates
* Maintain the recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring the information is up-to-date for all open positions
* Own your data and use it to drive improvements in the recruitment process as needed
