Fiverr is looking for a Talent Sourcer to join our Talent Acquisition team and
help us find the best talents for our Tel Aviv office. If words like LinkedIn,

Responsibilities
* Lead the sourcing domain at Fiverr while building an effective sourcing plan.
* Work with the Talent Acquisition team to help them build pipelines for different roles while creating a great candidate experience.
* Collaborate closely with hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to understand deeply the position and the team requirements
* Build a diverse talent pipeline through sourcing
* Find and engage passive candidates, and create effective search strategies by using different tools such as Linkedin, Github, communities forums, Facebook, etc.
* Be a focal point for our hiring managers regarding best sourcing practices
* Track and analyze the effectiveness of different sourcing strategies to continuously improve our processes while always looking for new resources for sourcing
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in sourcing
* Experience in sourcing for technical positions- Must
* Advanced knowledge of effective sourcing platforms and tools including Boolean searches, LinkedIn Recruiter, Facebook, and more.
* Excellent sourcing skills, great candidate outreach, building short and long-term sourcing strategies
* Friendly and outgoing personality, strong team player, positive and can-do approach
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through in a fast-moving and changing environment
* High level of English – written and verbal – Must
