We are looking for a Talent Sourcing Expert to join our amazing Talent
Acquisition team.

Responsibilities:
* Lead planning, strategy, and implementation of sourcing goals
* Nurture a fast-paced growth environment
* Identify key skills and capabilities, together with HR and the Talent Acquisition team, to bring best in class talent to work for us
* Act as a pivot to HR and hiring managers to assess needs and build successful plans to make them come to life
* Build innovative strategies for recruitment processes and methods
* Build relationships with communities using tools such as Linkedin, Github, Facebook etc.

Requirements:
* A people's person with excellent communications and stakeholder relations capabilities
* 2+ years experience as a Talent Sourcing Expert either in-house or at an agency.
* You have successfully built strategies and implemented them in digital and physical talent sourcing methods.
* You have experience sourcing for technical positions and the ability to work on a tight deadline in a fast-paced changing environment.
* Fluent or High level of English – Must
