Israel. You will be part of a team responsible for Via’s management assigned
projects from inception to completion. You will coordinate various internal
and external teams – in order to help bring Via’s service into life in many
cities around the globe.
You’ll be the key link between our development Team in Tel Aviv and our global
Expansion team.
What You'll Do
* Set project schedules and ensure on-time completion of building endeavors
* Keep up with rapidly changing projects, requiring fast and smart decision making
* Make conscious, responsible decisions on-the-fly when things don't go according to plan
* Oversee development and construction processes of Via’s sites and locations
* Ensure that contracted professionals adhere to work plans and specifications, and complete pre- and post- technological construction activities
* Work closely with:
* Software Engineers
* Researchers
* Data Scientists
* Growth team
* Product Managers
* Account Managers
* Solve problems and make sure our partners are HAPPY!!
Who You Are
* Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or similar
* 4+ years experience in project management, preferably in a fast-paced environment – a must
* Tech background and tech oriented – a must
* Well-versed with project management software
* Familiar with the mobile world
* Able to work well under pressure
* Experienced in cross-team management of various groups and resources in the company
* Have strong leadership skills
* Extraordinary communicator, with the ability to work with everyone in the company at both a conceptual as well as a detailed level
* Able to put together a project from scratch and lead it to the end
* Multitasker
* Detail-oriented and highly organized
* Focused and reliable
* Excellent verbal and written English – a must
