Who we seek:
We're looking for a Team Lead to join our Connectors Team, we want a people
person, who can also talk tech and loves building stuff.Our stack includes –
Java 11, Spring, REST, AWS, GCP, Azure, docker, K8S, Big Data and NoSQL
technologies. You will be leading a team of backend engineers and work closely
with our product team to plan, kickoff, and execute the building of new
connectors and exciting features on the existing ones. We work in a fast-paced
(CI/CD on steroids). This is fun and challenging and will require
responsibility from you and your team to continue supporting our growing
customer base.
What you'll do:
* Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
* Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
* Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
* Identifying risks and forming contingency plans as soon as possible.
* Leading the team's project design and architecture.
* Create a technical vision for the team.
What you'll bring:
* Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
* Experience in a similar role and at least 2+ years experience managing technical teams, preferably in a high growth startup.
* Excellent technical, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills.
* Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize tasks
* Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
* Willingness to build professional relationships with staff and clients.
* Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills.
