Job Overview:
AU10TIX is seeking a Technical Writer to join its Product Experience team. The
right candidate will have the technical background and communication skills
required to write best-in-class customer-centric technical documentation for
the AU10TIX portfolio of products. Could this be you?
Responsibilities:
* Drive the development of AU10TIX technical documentation consumed by our enterprise customers
* Determine the clearest and most logical structure to present information for customer comprehension
* Review and/or edit as needed content developed by other stakeholders
* Engage with the Customer Success Team to collect customer feedback regarding documentation
* Self-motivated to meet with subject matter experts to ensure detail specifics are accurate
* To constantly strive for improvement in processes and documentation quality (i.e. customer-centric content, consistency, and accuracy)
* Generate innovative ideas for content and workflow solutions
* Willingness to take on new challenges and build on current skills
* Passion to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Skills & Qualifications:
* 5 years minimum in a technical writing or lead writing role.
* English fluency
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
* Experience working alongside Product Managers and Developers
* A results-oriented approach with the ability to prioritize organizational objectives with strict deadlines
* A true team player with strong collaboration and organizational skills
* Experience working with content management systems
Advantages:
* Familiarity with GIT and will be able to hit the ground running in a Docs-as-Code documentation environment.
