UX Designer
We're looking for a UX Designer, highly self-motivated, creative, that knows
how to transform complex problems and data into intuitive and accessible
designs .

Work Experience
As a UX Designer you will:
* Take broad, conceptual ideas and turn them into something useful
* Design flows and experiences that are incredibly simple and elegant
* Understand the product lifecycle from research through prototyping to design & usability testing
* Show attention to details on all levels
* Design scalable concepts for multiple platforms
* Provide and get feedback from other designers to continually raise the bar of quality
* Work globally with product managers, engineers, researchers to refine and improve candidate's and recruiter’s experience.
What we are looking for?
* 2+ years of experience as a UX designer, working on complex B2B web applications
* Experienced in prototyping tools (Axure or Figma)
* Excellent communication skills – You can effectively communicate your research and design rationale both verbally and visually
* Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English
* Detail-oriented – have a keen sense of aesthetics
* Conducted a fully functional design cycle, from the research stage, through creating end-to-end mid-high fidelity prototypes, and deliver them to development.
* Ability to lead and to impact product management and development
* A deep understanding of the problem you're solving
* A collaborative mentality
* Working in agile methodology – Comfortable working in an ever-changing, fast-paced, and cross time-zone environment
