We’re looking for a VP Sales to build, lead and develop the overall sales
strategy for the company.
As VP Sales, you will be a key member of the senior leadership team leading
profitable growth of the business.
What will you do?
* Lead and develop the overall sales strategy for the company sales, coverage models, market segment strategy, competitive differentiation, pricing, and customer offerings.
* Develop and track sales forecasts, goals and corresponding initiatives based upon overall strategy, market conditions and operational capabilities.
* Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume, market share, budget and other key financial performance objectives.
* Develop and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve the revenue goals.
* Build and train a highly capable team.
* Collaborate with other functions to identify, evaluate, prioritize, and commercialize products / modules that satisfy customer needs.
Requirements:
* 8+ years’ of experience in an international sales management position with proven success growing the business.
* Experience in SaaS Company technology
* Experience working in APAC / EMEA markets
* Proven Success with establishing sales organization and processes
* Significant experience within the Maritime sector – advantage
* Experience in AI, computer vision – Big advantage
* Native–level/fluency in English
* Available for frequent international travel
* Bachelor's degree in engineering field, Master's degree in a business-related field
