looking for a VP of Partnerships to join our team in our Tel-Aviv HQ.
Karma is a digital shopping assistant that helps more than 3 million people
shop more efficiently and intelligently. Karma works to meet consumers
whenever and wherever they are to empower them to make smarter decisions when
they shop online. It aims to provide its users with a smoother, more
frictionless pre-purchase journey so that they can shop on their terms and get
the best value.
Position Overview
We are looking for a VP of Partnerships who can build, facilitate and drive
new partner acquisition to support our global revenue goals. Reporting to the
Chief Operating Officer, the individual in this role will be responsible for
the P&L from the partner program while also leading the team, focused on
accelerating growth via partners and alliances. You will set the strategy and
priorities for the team, ensuring the strategy is aligned with marketing,
product & finance leadership.
Requirements
* Proven track record of achieving measurable goals in a partner development/sales environment
* Success leading and developing high performing teams
* Strong network/relationships and ability to build strategic relationships
* Excellent written and oral presentation and communication skills and ability to communicate effectively at all levels including with top Corporate Executives
* Well-developed skills in strategic and quantitative analysis, project management, and negotiation
* Ability to work independently to identify, evaluate, generate new business opportunities, and drive them to closure
* Detail-oriented and extremely organized with an ability to multi-task & prioritize tasks
Responsibilities
* Become a key strategic partner to top tier merchants
* Identify opportunities to align our current or potential product offerings with the goals and themes of top merchants.
* Become an expert in product offerings so that you can lead key conversations to answer any and all questions and instill confidence in our products
* Working across product, marketing, and sales to define partnership strategy and priorities
* Recruiting, managing, and leading a team of business development, partner management, and operations professionals to ensure partnerships are executed, set up for success, and managed on an ongoing basis
* Identifying prospective partnerships and market opportunities that Intuit can accelerate via partnership. Targeting accelerated innovation and growth via partnerships
* Establishing key KPIs and success measures for the partnerships team; based on a clear strategy and business model. Tracking progress against the partnerships teams goals and hitting critical targets
* Identifying and growing talent on your team to continually raise the talent bar at Intuit and enable mobility teams for individuals on your team
