The mission of the Product team is to build the vision of WalkMe’s product
portfolio, bring the voice of the customers together with market trends and
needs, support sales targets and drive delivery of quality products with real
value to our customers.
As the VP of Product at WalkMe you will be responsible for WalkMe’s product
portfolio globally, and help conceptualize and implement the product roadmap
leveraging innovative technologies.
You will work with research and development teams to define, build and plan
the product while working closely with the business leadership to build and
optimize our product offering, based on demand and market trends.
In addition, you’ll lead best practices, innovation and excellence in product
development.
Responsibilities
* Build, develop and implement the product strategy and roadmap. Bring in the market and technology trends in addition to the voice of the customer, while defining the roadmap and product scope.
* Coach and mentor a group of more than 20 employees to become the engine that drives our business forward.
* Partner with global teams of R&D, marketing, channels, sales and finance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the defined business objectives and adoption rates.
* Help set and deliver against aggressive product/project launch dates defined by business needs.
* Report status against goals and initiatives demonstrating the ability to produce results for the company.
* Approve specific product designs; drive revisions and high-quality ending output with product management and design teams; question platform, security and engineering decisions where they impact user-facing functionality and current or future engineering scope.
* Measure the success and impact of releases and product development with clearly defined goals and measurable metrics.
Required Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience as a product manager for a large innovative corporation.
* 5+ years of product leadership / executive experience in a hyper growth cloud company.
* Managed product portfolio of at least $xm investment in R&D and/or a minimum of $150m of sales.
* Strong business orientation – business development and customer facing positions in a high-tech environment as a portfolio manager, in a SaaS portfolio company.
* Experience in defining product vision, roadmaps and requirements.
* Experience in leading a group of product managers, including coaching and mentoring
* Strategic thinker with excellent analytical capabilities and technical knowledge
* Natural influencer with the ability to promote change and implement new ways of working in a complex environment.
* A team player with outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to lead and to influence in a matrix structure.
