As the VP of Product, you will report directly to the Co-founder and CPO and
be responsible for propelling the product roadmap, strategy and execution for
our disruptive, cutting-edge solution. You will oversee the management of
multiple products, both internal and external-facing, and partner with R&D,
Customer Success, Sales, Marketing, and Channel teams to rapidly scale product
adoption and exceed business objectives.

Job Description
* Develop the Perimeter 81 product roadmap, strategy (both outbound and inbound,) and execution.
* Translate business strategy into product roadmaps and requirements.
* Work hand-in-hand with the R&D team to improve efficiency, impact, and feature delivery.
* Partner with global teams of R&D, customer success, marketing, channels, sales, and finance stakeholders to ensure solutions meet the defined business objectives and adoption rates. Help to shape cross-functional collaboration and excellency.
* Create a customer-driven approach to all new feature and product development. Leverage data (customer/industry data, analytics) to build future business use cases.
* Manage multiple product teams including the Perimeter 81 SASE Platform & Services (ZTNA / SWG / CASB), Jarvis (back office), and go-to-market (website, etc).
* Lead the team for scale and product-led-growth mindset: build, develop, and manage a product management team capable of carrying out needed product strategies: hire the best talent and scale and coach their professional, leadership, and business capabilities.
* Be part of a strong leadership team, leading the company to scale up. Holding cross-functional mindset, collaborative attitude, and strong interpersonal skills.
Requirements
* BA or equivalent is required; M.A / MBA, in advanced degree preferred
* Minimum of 10 years of managing and leading high performing teams
* Strong experience and tech expertise in the security field. Technically skilled in strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research, and planning
* Extensive experience in developing product strategy and executing through multiple phases of business scale up(toward $50-100M ARR) in a B2B SaaS company.
* Experience working on data-rich products, with a focus on analytics and leveraging data to drive global business growth. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills at both the strategic and functional level.
* Excellent time management, interpersonal, communications, decision-making, presentation, and organizational skills
* Experience partnering effectively with cross-functional teams and leaders up to the C-level
* Proven ability to deliver complex products to market on time, within budget, and to specification
* Proven know-how in defining and optimizing the user experience
* Exceptional written and oral communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Excellent presentation skills with a strong ability to present to senior-level executives
